Greetings Brothers:
Call The District Roundtable Conference
This is the official call for the convening of the 2025 Kentucky District Roundtable of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The District Roundtable will be held September 20, 2025, on the campus of the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College located at 600 College St. Rd. Elizabethtown, Ky. 42701.
The meeting will be held in Rm: Rm: 212-RPC
The Leadership of the Kentucky District are working diligently to make this Roundtable the most enjoyable and productive to date.
So, make plans now to attend the 2025 Kentucky District Roundtable.
Pursuant to Article II of the Kentucky District Constitution:
Section 1 The purpose of the district shall be to organize a District Conference for College and Alumni Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated for their mutual benefit and to enhance the General Organization, etc.
Section 3. Delegates to the District Conference, each having one vote, shall be apportioned as defined in Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated to all chapters who compose the district.

Convention of District Conference/Roundtable
Constitution Article II
Section 4 The District Conference or any Special Conferences shall meet upon the
call of the District Director. The Kentucky District and the local host Chapter(s) shall share as equal partners all proceeds (or bear equally all losses) from the District Conference unless another arrangement is agreed to by the District Director; who shall be required to immediately provide full disclosure and justification to the Executive Committee, and subsequently, to the assembly during the first business session of the District Conference that follows the agreement of said arrangement.

Compliance
Section 1 Each member Chapter shall register its full delegate strength as determined under Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution of the Kentucky District of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated for the District Conference and special meetings, as required. Chapters who do not register their full strength of delegates will not be permitted to participate in any of the District competitions (i.e. step show, oratorical contest, Miss Black & Gold, Brother/Chapter of the Year, etc.).
Financial Assessments
In accordance with the Kentucky District Constitution Article III, Section I.
Section 1 All college and alumni chapters whose seats reside within the geographical area of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and who are recognized as chapters “in good standing” with the General Organization shall be members of this District. Each chapter will be represented at the District Conference. Each chapter shall remit a district tax as determined by the District Conference in order to retain privileges or representation for voting purposes and competitions.
